Conflicts of Interest Policy

Transparency, objectivity, fairness, highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct are essential elements for publication in Üniversitepark Bülten | Universitepark BulletinThe Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) states that “a journal shall have clear policies on handling potential conflicts of interest of editors, authors, and reviewers and the policies should be clearly stated.” A conflict of interest may arise when professional judgement regarding the manuscript evaluation process is influenced by external factors such as financial gain, personal interest, personal relationships, allegiances or hostilities to particular groups or to a person. Üniversitepark Bülten | Universitepark Bulletin is strictly dedicated to the ethical principles and it is important to address following potential conflicts of interest policy.

Authors’ conflicts of interest

Before submission process completed on the manuscript submission system of Üniversitepark Bülten | Universitepark Bulletin, all the authors are asked process to declare any potential conflicts of interest for the submitted manuscript. This conflict of interest may include any financial, personal, or other relationships or funding sources. All forms of financial support should be acknowledged in author’s contribution.

Editors’ conflicts of interest

The same policy for authors’ conflicts of interest applies when editors are the authors of a submitted manuscript to Üniversitepark Bülten | Universitepark Bulletin. If an author who is at the same institution as one of the editors submits a manuscript, the review process is carried out by another editor who works at a different institution.

Reviewers’ conflicts of interest

Reviewers are asked to declare if there are any potential conflicts of interest (For example, if the reviewer knows the identity of the author, they are required to declare it). Should any conflict of interest arise, the editor will assign another reviewer for the manuscript.

Editorial Advisory Board members

Editorial Advisory Board members can publish in Üniversitepark Bülten | Universitepark Bulletin. Board members’ submissions are subject to the same conditions with respect to blind reviewing and confidentiality.

UNIBULLETIN is calling for submissions. Authors are invited to submit papers from the all fields of the Education (General) and Social Sciences (General) in the international context. All submissions should be presented only in English.
